ASSISTANT MANAGER PLANNING – Yunus Textile Mills limited
Qualification: BE / BBA / B.S
Experience: 03 to 05 years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate week plan per load (Cut to Pock and Embroidery)
Coordinate with Processing planning Purchase for on-time fabric and accessories availability
• Share weekly plan with Transport and Store for smooth and on-time deliveries
• Coordinate with CMT units on daily basis for smooth execution
• Generate Work orders and fabric and accessories transfer requests
• IOC and other necessary documents sharing with CMT units
• Share IOC and specs witn CMT concern
• Arrange FP meeting
• Get approval from Quality for Bulk production
• Coordinate with the Processing and Stitching quality team in case of any quality issues at the CMT unit
• Get updated order status from CMT and share with concern
• On-time delivery with quality product
• Leftover accessories and fabric movement from CVT unit to YTML YBG
• Reconciliation review and finalization

Reviewing audit working papers prepared by the field staff assigned to ensure satisfactory completion and initialing to
evidence the review.Keeping the Head of IAD informed regarding the status of audits in progress and scheduling the
formal audit review meeting.
Discussing audit findings with the management at the end of each audit and obtain their feedback and time bound
action plans.
Preparing minutes of close-out meeting and sending it to the audit team.
Preparing draft audit reports which clearly communicate findings, analysis, appraisals, recommendations and information
concerning the activities audited.
Ensuring implementation of actions plans agreed by operational management through performance of follow-up audits.
Assisting Head of IAD in providing training, coaching, and guidance to IAD staff in conducting audits and on other au-
dit-related issues by monitoring day to day progress on work assigned.
Developing and maintaining productive team-oriented client, staff, and management relationships through individual
contacts and group meetings.
Performing related work as assigned by Head of IAD.

Incumbent at this position will be responsible to:
1) Responsible for the flow of inventory along the supply chain from production/ CMT to warehouse and then to retail/ online store
2) Plan and execute the product flow to ensure retail/ online is in possession of optimal inventory at highest in stock
3) Replenishment of outlet through IST or from warehouses
4) Identify replenishment irregularities such as warehouse out, over- and under-stocked situations, coordinate and develop solutions
